Preparation

  • Preheat your smoker to 250°F.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked shredded chicken, cream cheese, buffalo wing sauce, shredded cheddar cheese, ranch dressing, and chopped green onions. Mix until well combined.
  • Transfer the mixture to a cast iron skillet or a disposable aluminum pan.

Cooking

  • Place the skillet in the smoker and smoke for about 45 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and heated through.

Notes
