Ingredients
  

Noodles

  • 1 pack Ramen noodles Cook according to package instructions.

Base Ingredients

  • 1 breast Chicken breast, diced You can substitute chicken with tofu for a vegetarian version.
  • 4 cups Chicken broth Use low-sodium broth for a lighter dish.
  • 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame oil

Vegetables

  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced Adjust based on taste preference.
  • 1 inch Ginger, minced Adjust based on taste preference.
  • 1 cup Carrots, sliced Add more vegetables if desired.
  • 1 cup Mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 cups Spinach
  • 2 stalks Green onions, chopped For garnish.

Seasoning

  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Cook the Ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large pot, heat sesame oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and ginger, and sauté for a minute.

Cooking

  • Add diced chicken breast and cook until browned.
  • Pour in the chicken broth and soy sauce, and bring to a boil.
  • Add sliced carrots, mushrooms, and spinach. Simmer until the vegetables are tender.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Serving

  • Divide cooked noodles into bowls and ladle the soup over them.
  • Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.

Notes

Feel free to add other toppings like boiled eggs, seaweed, or chili oil to customize your bowl. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator, keeping noodles separate from the broth.
