  • 1 cup dairy-free yogurt Add more for a creamier consistency.
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/2 cup shredded dairy-free cheese Optional, sprinkle on top before serving.

Preparation

  • In a crockpot, combine the shredded chicken, dairy-free cream cheese, buffalo sauce, and dairy-free yogurt.
  • Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
  • Cook on low for 2-3 hours, stirring occasionally.
  • Once heated through, add chopped green onions and stir.
  • If using, sprinkle shredded dairy-free cheese on top before serving.

Notes

Serve warm with tortilla chips, celery sticks, or carrot sticks. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Reheat when ready to enjoy again.
