Easy Buffalo Chicken Dip

Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups diced chicken (I use rotisserie)
  • 8 oz softened cream cheese
  • 2/3 cup sour cream
  • 2/3 cup buffalo sauce Adjust to control spice level
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese Divided
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese Divided
  • 2 diced green onions
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.
  • In a bowl, combine and stir the diced chicken with the buffalo sauce, then set aside.
  • In a separate medium bowl, use a hand mixer to whip the cream cheese, sour cream, and garlic powder until fluffy.
  • Add the buffalo chicken, green onions, and half of the cheddar cheese to the cream cheese mixture. Stir well to combine.
  • Spread the mixture into a greased 9x9 baking pan and sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.

Baking

  • Bake for 20 minutes or until bubbly.

Serving

  • Serve with your choice of chips, baguette slices, crackers, and/or celery. Feel free to garnish with parsley, green onions, or blue cheese crumbles.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in an oven-safe dish or microwave until warm.
