  • 100 g Prosciutto thinly sliced

Cheeses

  • 200 g Cheese (e.g., Brie, Cheddar, or Gouda) cut into slices or cubes

Accompaniments

  • 100 g Olives variety preferred
  • 100 g Nuts (e.g., almonds or walnuts) variety preferred
  • 200 g Fresh fruits (e.g., grapes or apple slices) variety preferred
  • 1 pack Crackers or bread
  • 50 g Honey or jam for garnish

Preparation

  • Select a large, wooden board or platter for your charcuterie.
  • Arrange thinly sliced salami, pepperoni, and prosciutto in rosettes around the board.
  • Add a variety of cheeses by cutting them into slices or cubes and placing them in between the meats.
  • Incorporate olives and nuts to fill spaces and add texture.
  • Add fresh fruits for sweetness and color.
  • Fill in gaps with crackers or slices of bread.
  • Optionally, drizzle some honey or add small jars of jam to enhance flavors.

Serving

  • Serve the charcuterie board as a main attraction at parties or gatherings with small plates and toothpicks for easy eating.
