  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken Use rotisserie chicken for convenience.
  • 1/2 cup hot sauce Use Frank's RedHot or similar.
  • 1/2 cup almond cream cheese Can be substituted with regular cream cheese.
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt Dairy-free yogurt can also be used.
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing Use dairy-free ranch if needed.
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions For garnish and added flavor.
  • to taste Salt and pepper Adjust to your preference.

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, hot sauce, almond cream cheese, Greek yogurt, ranch dressing, and green onions. Mix until well combined.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.

Baking

  • Bake for 20-25 minutes until heated through and bubbly.

Serving

  • Serve warm with vegetable sticks, tortilla chips, or on lettuce wraps.

Notes

If storing leftovers, keep in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days. Reheat in the oven or microwave.
